Artist's Description

The brown creeper is a bird of the northern forests, that can be found in the majority of the United States in winter. This photo was taken in early spring as I was birding on Marsh Island in central Maine.

I am James Petersen and I have been birdwatching for over 5 years. I have used my vast experience of birdwatching to transition to photographing birds in their natural habitat and trying to show off each birds personalities. Aside from photographing birds, I also photograph nature and wild animals but have a focus on birds. All the animals and birds that I photograph are wild. Any animal I photograph I try to put as little stress on the animal as possible, if I sense or see that the animal knows that I am there and is not pleased by my presence than I leave the area.
