I went out looking for these birds and after a lengthy amount of time found 2 of these longspurs foraging in some tall grass. At which point I was able to observe them for 15-20 minuets at which point I took this series of photos.

I am James Petersen and I have been birdwatching for over 5 years. I have used my vast experience of birdwatching to transition to photographing birds in their natural habitat and trying to show off each birds personalities.
