This is a reddish Egret. This photo was taken after observing him for a time and watching him as he fed. I was able to snap this photo right before he grabbed a fish from the water, as you can see his great concentration on the prey he was stalking.

I am James Petersen and I have been birdwatching for over 5 years. I have used my vast experience of birdwatching to transition to photographing birds in their natural habitat and trying to show off each birds personalities.
